Body Ignite

Body Ignite is a strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!

Run Club

Take your running to the next level guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

Fit4Baby®

FIT4BABY is a 60 minute prenatal class. Designed for a woman's changing body. Focusing on endurance, strength and balance needed for birth and recovery.

Stroller Strides + Stroller Barre are 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!
