10-week training session for ladies who want to cross the finish line at a half marathon. Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of classes:
- Run Clinics, which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility
- Run Days, which are designed to increase distance and endurance
