Congrats to the Wonder Women of our inaugural #RunClub session (and some not pictured here) on finishing their 5K and 10K races 🏅 . These women trained for 8 weeks, often in triple digit temps, many pushing 100+ lbs of stroller and cargo. They respected their training plans, did their homework runs, & never lost sight of their goals. . Try these apricot gems via @oneslicemore 👇🏼 ・・・ Apricot Coconut Bliss Ball 🌴 These summery energy balls are made in no time! Mix 100g dried apricot, 50g ground almonds, 50g oats (e.g. @3bearsporridge fruity porridge) and 1 tsp almond butter in a food blender for about 1-2 minutes. Place 50g shredded coconut on a plate, roll the apricot almond texture into small balls with your hands and roll them in the shredded coconut. Place on a plate and store in the fridge.
